Most residential shingle replacement projects will be completed in a day. If there ends up being a lot of damage to the substrate or additional layers, this could add on additional time.
Why is my roof stained/streaked?
A lot of the time, staining on a roof is algae growth. Small amounts are usually harmless, just not pretty to look at. We install algae resistant shingles. These shingles contain Copper that provide long-term protection from algae growth.
