Hank kept us informed every step of the way and was always upfront about the timeline and what was happening next. Whenever we had a question or concern, he was there to help and made sure we never felt like we were on our own.

The crew even went out of their way to address other things along the way such as the deteriorated flashing around the chimney and still got it done in a day and cleaned up all the debris and were gone by 3:00.
