According to my insurance company, due to the amount of claims coming in so they hired out of state adjusters. The adjuster from State Farm, that was brought in from Georgia, came off the roof telling me my roof would not be covered.

Seth Bowman and Matthew Allen showed up a couple of hours later. It was determined that a lift would be needed to do the repairs. Seth sent an estimate that night. Once I signed it, Seth said he would be here after noon on Tuesday. He showed up right on time with the lift and handled the repair.
