Without even having a signed contract, they promptly covered the damaged area to prevent further water or structural damage—demonstrating both initiative and integrity. I was also concerned about the challenge of color-matching the new section to the original roof, which was installed over 10 years ago. However, they not only restored the damaged area, but also took the time and care to blend the repair seamlessly into the existing structure. The color match was impressively close.
