On May 26, 2025 our part of Springfield had a storm including hail. Many homes in my neighborhood requiring roof replacement. Three of my neighbors had Jeff Barber assess the damage and highly recommended him. I called Jeff and he came … More out and gave me the exact same information as my neighbors.
According to my insurance company, due to the amount of claims coming in so they hired out of state adjusters. The adjuster from State Farm, that was brought in from Georgia, came off the roof telling me my roof would not be covered.
This is a long story that I’ll make a bit shorter. Jeff agreed to come back and do another assessment. He was so patient coming any time I asked him to meet with anyone. Truly because Jeff was so willing to take the extra time to help, there was no question that I would use Whitney Roofing. He is definitely a great asset to the company. The crew took exceptional care to protect my home and surroundings.

I called Whitney Roofing on Friday, March 27 when I noticed recent winds had caused part of my metal roof to lift up. High winds and storms were in the forecast and I was afraid further damage would result. I spoke with a very kind woman … More who worked hard to get two men to come and assess the damage. Seth Bowman and Matthew Allen showed up a couple of hours later. It was determined that a lift would be needed to do the repairs. Seth sent an estimate that night. Once I signed it, Seth said he would be here after noon on Tuesday. He showed up right on time with the lift and handled the repair. I was treated with respect and concern by both men and that is not always the case with some companies. Alrhough Whitney Roofing did not put my roof on my house, I was treated as though they did.
